I've suddenly developed a cough with some white mucus, and I've noticed a small drop of blood too, which has never happened to me before. I'm a bit worried since I have young kids, a 4-year-old, and I'm wondering what kind of treatment I should be considering. Can you please advise on what steps to take next?

I'm having a bit of trouble with my breathing, especially in the mornings when I wake up. It's been going on for almost 2 months now. I've also been dealing with flu-like symptoms for about 20 days and my nose is blocked quite often, even though I've been taking Montek LC. It doesn't seem to be helping much.
