My 13-year-old son is having ear pain, and he mentioned it hurts when he tilts his head down and up. I had to visit a chemist last night, and they gave him diclogem. I'm really concerned and unsure of what steps to take next. Could you please advise on what might be causing the pain and if this medication is appropriate for his age?
