Question

So, I've been to see a chest specialist, and he thinks I have TB because I'm dealing with pleurisy. He hasn't done any reports but is giving me medicine for it. Is this normal? I also did a TB Gold test, and it came back positive with a gamma radiation level of 0.45. Does this mean I definitely have TB? I'm a bit worried and would love your input.

I'm really concerned about my oxygen levels; my SPO2 seems to fluctuate from 89 to 99, and it's usually more stable between 92 and 95. It feels like my breath stops, and I get this weird sensation like ants are biting all over my body. I'm really worried about what could be causing this.
