What can I use instead of Salsol 2.5 mg for a nebulizer? It's nowhere to be found in the market. If anyone can help, I'd appreciate it since my brother really needs it due to his severe bronchitis. Is there any supplier who might have it?

My dad got diagnosed with COPD about three years ago because he used to smoke a lot. The doctors back then gave him these inhalers called Tiova and Foracort to help with it.
