The shampoo has ingredients like Aloe Vera, D-Panthenol, Ichthyol Pale, and Ketoconazole. The serum has Biochanin A, Tetrapeptide-3, and Acetyl Kera XL, with almond oil and Vitamin E. For the tablets, they contain Biotin, Calcium Pantothenate, Elemental Copper, Elemental Selenium, Elemental Zinc, and N-Acetyl L-Cysteine. Any advice would be really appreciated!

I've been experiencing a lot of pain right at the top of my butt crack, not the anus but the upper part of the butt. It's really painful when I sit down, although there's no lumps or sores that I can feel or see. I'm unsure what's causing this, but it's pretty uncomfortable.
