I'm 10 weeks pregnant but it doesn't really feel like it. I had a scan at 7 weeks and 4 days and everything looked good, but I'm really worried because I haven't had many pregnancy symptoms. Is this normal? Can you help me understand what's going on?

I'm really concerned about my cousin who had a C-section about 6 months ago. She's been having a lot of back pain and it's worrying. Another cousin, who also had a C-section a few years back, is experiencing similar issues with her back. And on top of that, she's been working out regularly but just can't seem to get rid of the flabby belly fat above the C-section scar. Her whole body looks fit except for that tummy area, which bulges out. Can you explain why these issues happen after a C-section and suggest some solutions?

I'm sexually active and I've got a Mirena, but I'm worried because I've noticed these large, sometimes hard bumps on the inside of my thighs. Plus, there's this thick bump, like extra skin, under my clitoral hood, and I just found it while I was wiping. It doesn't have a head, and it hurts if I rub over it too hard. Should I be concerned about these bumps? What's going on with my skin down there?
