Why does the skin on the top of my nose itch every day? It's not inside my nose, just the top part. I'm really curious if there's any reason for this. Could it be a scientific explanation or maybe even superstition? Would love to understand what's going on.

I've noticed these blood blister-like spots on my scrotum for about 23 months now. Some of them are kinda hard, while others are softer. They arent bleeding, but I'm really worried because its embarrassing, especially socially. At first, there were only two or three, but now there are over 20. Im feeling anxious about it and its affecting my confidence. Is there any way to get rid of them, and is it something serious?

I recently found out that the black spots on my scrotum are called angiokeratoma. I'm worried if these could lead to something like Fabry disease? I heard that laser treatment is recommended to remove them, but Im nervous about any future sexual complications this might cause. Also, I've noticed that these spots seem less noticeable during the day and get a bit more visible at night. If I do decide on laser treatment, Im curious if they might come back again. Is there any other way to remove them, like using creams maybe?
