I'm Aravindaraj and I've got these skin tags on my neck. My skin type is oily and soft. I'm wondering if its safe to use salactin paint 10mg to get rid of them? Is this suitable for my skin type, and are there any side effects I should be worried about? Would really appreciate any advice you could give me.

I've been using Skin Shine cream on and off for about three months, and a few days after stopping, I noticed my skin turned pinkish and dry, and it started peeling.
