I was cleaning my kitchen today and ended up cutting myself on some window glass. I've applied Dettol, but I'm worried about whether I should get a tetanus shot. Could you advise if it's necessary in this situation?

I'm feeling pretty miserable with a cold and fever for the past couple of days.
