I was cleaning my kitchen today and ended up cutting myself on some window glass. I've applied Dettol, but I'm worried about whether I should get a tetanus shot. Could you advise if it's necessary in this situation?

I'm feeling pretty worried; I've been dealing with a cough and cold for the past two weeks. I've already taken 10 tablets of Sumo Cold and 6 tablets of Roxid 150 mg, but today the coughing has gotten worse. What should I do next?

It seems like your current medication is not effectively managing your symptoms. I recommend adding an expectorant like Mucolite syrup (10ml twice daily) to help with the increased coughing. Additionally, you can take a cough suppressant like Ascoril syrup (5ml thrice daily) to alleviate the coughing spells. Make sure to stay hydrated and get plenty of rest.
