I was cleaning my kitchen today and ended up cutting myself on some window glass. I've applied Dettol, but I'm worried about whether I should get a tetanus shot. Could you advise if it's necessary in this situation?

I'm feeling pretty miserable with a cold and fever for the past couple of days. The cold symptoms are really intense, and although I only felt the fever internally yesterday, things seem to be getting worse. What should I do about this? Is there anything specific I should be worried about, or any remedies youd recommend to help me feel better?
-Sorry to hear you're feeling unwell! It sounds like the cold is hitting you harder than the fever. Make sure to rest, stay hydrated, and consider steam inhalation or a saline nasal spray for relief. If it worsens, dont hesitate to see a doctor.

I've been dealing with this viral fever for the last two weeks, and I occasionally get these chills and a headache. Someone mentioned Gudcef cv 200 for this. Do you think it's okay for me to take it? I'm just a bit unsure about its usage for viral fever.
Gudcef CV 200 is an antibiotic containing cefpodoxime and clavulanic acid, effective against bacterial infections, not viral fever; taking antibiotics for viral fever won't help and may lead to antibiotic resistance; for viral fever, focus on symptom management with rest, hydration, antipyretics like paracetamol, and antihistamines for cold and headache;
