I'm experiencing a cough whenever I'm in air conditioning, whether it's day or night. Even when I'm on an AC bus, my throat gets itchy and the coughing starts. I don't have any nasal congestion or other symptoms, just this persistent cough that's been really bothering me. What could be causing this?

You can try taking a cough suppressant like Delsym (Dextromethorphan) 30mg every 6 hours as needed to help alleviate the cough. Additionally, you can use a humidifier in your room to add moisture to the air and soothe your throat. Make sure to stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout the day.

I'm feeling really unwell with a cold, cough, and throat issues, and I'm worried about it. I already paid for the consultation, but I'm getting calls from a physician instead. Could you please connect me with a pulmonology specialist for a video consultation? I think that's what I really need right now.

I'm experiencing something strange with my breathing. Even though my nasal passages are clear, it feels like there's something blocking my inhalation right from the start. When I tilt my head back, I notice I can inhale more deeply. Is there an actual difference in my breathing when I do that? Also, during exhalation, I feel the air coming out just fine, but could this be a problem for my lungs? Would love some clarity on this.

I'm really worried about my husband's recent x-ray for his job. It's showing right hilar congestion, and although he's not coughing, he does have a cold. Do you think there's any medicine that could help, or maybe some advice on how to clear this up? He really needs the medical report to go abroad, and we're not sure what to do next.

Right hilar congestion on an X-ray can indicate mild inflammation or vascular congestion, possibly due to his cold. Since he has no cough or significant symptoms, supportive care like steam inhalation and staying hydrated may help. If required urgently for his medical report, consult a pulmonologist to rule out any underlying condition.
