I'm dealing with an infection near my belly button, and it's been causing some pus discharge. I used soframycin initially and then tried Fucidin cream, which helped a bit with the discharge, but there's still some redness and irritation around the area. I've also been on antibiotics and taken some anti-inflammatory tablets like Zerodol. Today, I noticed some hairy material coming out, which I think might be related to the umbilical cord. Could you advise me on what steps I should take next?
