View allI'm 26 and just got married. A few months ago, I went to the urologist because I was having pain in my testicles, and they said I have a bilateral grade 2 varicocele. They suggested taking ibuprofen whenever it hurts but also mentioned it could affect fertility. The doctor said if my wife and I don't conceive within a year, I might need to consider surgery. Lately, I've been feeling some pain after intercourse and during bowel movements, and even when I touch my testicles, it hurts a lot. Plus, I've been having digestive problems, waking up with gas and loose stools in the morning. I'm wondering if any alternative medicine might help with all this. Do you have any advice or suggestions?
it's better to get operated for varicocele, follow your doctor advice do not neglect.and maintain healthy lifestyle.

I've had tight foreskin since I was a kid and thought it would loosen over time if I kept pulling it back, but now I'm 25 and it's still really tight. There's only about a 34mm opening to pee through, and I get this white stuff building up that causes itching. I'm worried surgery might remove the whole foreskin are there other options that can fix this without taking it all off?
Yes, there are non-surgical options to address phimosis (tight foreskin) in addition to circumcision. You can try stretching exercises, using topical steroid creams, and practicing good hygiene to potentially loosen the foreskin and alleviate the symptoms you've described. If those methods are not effective, there are also surgical options that can address the problem without necessarily removing the entire foreskin

I'm a married woman and I've been experiencing a burning sensation when I try to pee. It feels like I have to go, but then I can't. Could you tell me what's going on?
