View allI'm really concerned about the size of my testiclesthey're only about 3cm in length and look more like grapes. I've talked to my local doctor, and he confirmed that they're small. I'm worried if this means my sperm count could be affected. Is there any way to increase their size to something more normal without needing surgery?
.sperm production takes place in testicles.. But you just need 20 million sperm per ml for fertility... There are chances even when sperm count is less than that... So get semen analysis done in diagnostic and consult general physician in nearest hospital.

I'm really concerned because I found out my sperm mortality rate is zero, even though my sperm count seems to be okay. On top of that, my testosterone levels are pretty low. Could you suggest any medicines, supplements, or natural ways to boost the sperm mortality?
To increase sperm motility naturally and with supplements, you can consider taking supplements like Coenzyme Q10, L-carnitine, and vitamin E. These supplements have been shown to improve sperm motility. Additionally, incorporating foods rich in antioxidants such as fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds can also help improve sperm motility. In terms of medications, you can consider using brands like Clomid or hCG injections, which can help boost testosterone levels and improve sperm motility. It's important to consult with a healthcare provider before starting any new supplement or medication regimen.

My ultrasound report shows a 6mm calculus in the right lower ureter, about 1 cm from the UVJ. Do I really need laparoscopic surgery for this or are there other options? I'm a bit worried about the procedure and wondering if it's absolutely necessary.
A 6mm ureteric stone close to UVJ usually passes with meds—surgery is for pain, infection, or if not passed in 2–4 weeks.
