Can an ECHO test actually detect Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension even if everything else in my health seems normal? I'm really curious to know if there's any way to treat or reverse it if it's just identified as mild.

I'm really worried about my mom. She had a CABG x 2 about three months ago and now she's started feeling numb all over her chest and body for about an hour. We rushed her to the hospital and they did a High Sensitive Troponin I test. The report showed 2.9 ngL, but the normal range according to the lab is 19 ngL.
