Question

Can I get the Covaxin vaccine if I have my asthma managed with inhalers and a high IgE level around 4000, but I don't have any other health issues? I'm just a bit unsure because of my IgE levels.

Probable diagnosis is upper respiratory tract infection.Patient is advised tab augmentin duo 625mg thrice daily, for 5 days, tab pan d,orally once daily for 7 days ,syrup sucralfate 10ml thrice daily for 7 days.Also avoid spicy and hot items is advised to the patient. After completing 5 days treatment covaxin is advised to the patient.

I'm a 28-year-old woman and for the last couple of months, I've been having some trouble with my breathing off and on. My ECG came back normal, but my RBCs were a bit low at 9.8. I saw a doctor and they gave me antiallergic meds, but they haven't really helped. I'm thinking it might be something to do with allergies because the issue started around wheat harvesting season. There's no wheezing or any sleep discomfort, but it does feel like my deep breaths get interrupted. Can allergies last this long? I'm not having any fever or throat pain, and my tonsils seem fine. I'm dealing with allergic rhinitis for quite a while now, since 2006 actually, and allercet tablets have been my go-to, though sometimes I try flomist nasal spray. But honestly, it doesn't always work for me. I'm worried about using allercet long-term though could there be side effects? I keep waking up sneezing, with a runny nose and my eyes all itchy and red. Also, every time I take allercet, I feel really drowsy and sleepy. Is there an alternative treatment or maybe even a surgery option? I just want to have a normal day without these symptoms bothering me. Could you provide some guidance?

I'm getting sick every few months, and I don't know why. I'm in Bangalore, and it usually starts with a sore throat and then leads to a cough, cold, and fever. The fever lasts a couple of days, but the cold and cough can drag on for weeks. I've noticed it can happen after I travel back to Bangalore or start going to the gym, or even sometimes during normal days. I've seen a lot of doctors, even at Manipal, but they just give me meds like Amoxicillin and cough syrup without looking deeper into what's going on. I'm really frustrated. What can I do to find a long-term solution for this?
