Question
Can I get treatment for blackheads on my nose and ears? Is that possible? Also, what are the best ways to get rid of them, and what kind of treatments are available? I've been struggling with this and would love some advice.

After a mastoidectomy and tympanoplasty, occasional "dub dub" sounds (also known as pulsatile tinnitus) can occur. Possible causes for increased frequency: 1. Eustachian tube dysfunction 2. Middle ear fluid or pressure changes 3. Scar tissue formation or adhesions 4. Residual infection or inflammation The connection to commuting and potholes suggests: 1. Pressure changes affecting the middle ear 2. Vibrations transmitted through the skull Consult your ENT surgeon for a follow-up evaluation to assess: 1. Healing progress 2. Middle ear function 3. Potential need for further treatment or intervention
