Can I take multivitamin tablets every day? I'm worried about any long-term side effects. Also, if they are safe, is there a particular brand you would recommend?

I've been having these mild cold symptoms that seem viral and maybe a bit allergic, like a runny nose and sneezing a lot for the past 10 days. My doctor suggested a blood test, including CRP, CBC, SGPT, SGOT, and Ferritin, to check if these could indicate COVID-19. All my blood test results came back normal except my Basophils Count is at 0, PCT at 0.187, and SGOT (AST Serum IFCC) at 50. I'm curious, is this blood test enough to understand what's going on, or should I consider a RAT for COVID or even a CT scan? I'm dealing with a throat infection and my doctor suggested I take Zedocef 200. After a couple of days, I'm now experiencing a pretty bad headache that just won't go away. I've been dealing with a cold for the last three days and started feeling feverish the day before yesterday. I began taking Dolo 650, which helped a bit, but the feverish feeling returned in the evening. So, I also added Levo Citrizen and took both medications in the morning and at night. Yesterday, I ended up with a bad headache and took the same meds again last night. This morning, I feel a bit better, but I still have the cold, a light cough, and some feverish feelings. My temperature has been between 94 to 98F for the past three days. What do you suggest I do, and can you recommend any specific medications?
