Can I use the 10% Betadine solution for a sitz bath to help with my episiotomy stitches? I was previously using the 5% solution, but now I only have the 10% one. Is it safe to continue with the sitz bath using this higher concentration? Im just worried if it might be too strong.

Can drinking water increase amniotic fluid?

I'm in my ninth month of pregnancy and I've been having a really hard time with constipation. Drinking a lot of water doesn't seem to help much. Even when I take 15ml of Duphalac syrup at night, I'm still struggling to pass stool and have to push really hard. Are there any home remedies or other suggestions you could give me to help with this?

I'm really worried about my 23-year-old wife. She's in her 31st week of pregnancy, and her hemoglobin level is at 9.3. Earlier, her doctor had her on Lupiheme twice daily, but now she's switched to RicherCR and recommended two Revofer injections with NS as IV. I'm concerned if the Revofer injections are safe during pregnancy. We noticed her hemoglobin didn't really go up with just the tablets. Should we go ahead with the injections, or is there hope her levels might increase with the tablets? Can you help us out with some guidance?
