Can I use Deriva CMS gel to get rid of whiteheads on my nose and chin? I'm really curious if it's effective or if I should try something else. Could someone help me out with this?

Deriva CMS gel contains Adapalene and Clindamycin, which are commonly used to treat acne and whiteheads.
