Can I use Evion 400 on my face every night? I've heard it's an antioxidant and good for the skin, but I'm wondering if it's safe to do this regularly. Is there anything I should be worried about?

Evion 400 is a brand name for Vitamin E capsules. It can be beneficial for the skin as it is an antioxidant. You can puncture the capsule and apply the oil directly to your face overnight. However, it is recommended to do a patch test first to check for any allergic reactions. Apply a small amount on your inner arm and wait for 24 hours to see if there is any redness, itching, or irritation. If there is no reaction, you can apply it on your face daily.
