I'm really having a hard time with my wisdom teeth coming in since there's no space for them. My left TMJ isn't working properly when I touch the right side, I feel that circular bone movement, but on the left side, I can't feel it. It's causing some discomfort like dry eye, weird breathing on the left side, and my left facial area looks slightly different than the right. No pain or limited mouth opening, but I'm worried it might get worse. I'm already doing orthodontics for misaligned teeth, but what should I do about the TMJ? Could this lead to surgery later?
