Could you help me out with something? I'm 9 months pregnant and was wondering if it's safe to use Melacare cream for fairness. I used it a couple of years ago and it worked wonders on my complexion. I'm really hoping to get that glow back, especially with the changes during pregnancy and soon-to-be lactation. Is it safe to start using it again now?
