I'm seeing my BP as 124 over 80, and my pulse rate is 108. Is this pulse rate normal? I'm also 73 kg and having some neck pain. Should I be concerned about any of this?

So, I found out about three weeks ago that I have sinus bradycardia, and my heart rate is 54. I've been doing annual health checkups, and noticed that last year my heart rate was also under 60. Can you help me understand what this all means? Should I be making any changes or taking any steps to address this? I'm pretty curious and a bit worried about what's next for me.

I'm feeling some chest and back pain that seems to move around my upper body, and it's been going on for about 4-5 months now. I've done a bunch of tests like an endoscopy, throat scope, and both ECG and a 2D echo, and they all came back normal. I'm just curious, could this be related to something like variant angina? And do painkillers even help with angina pain?
