Hello, I need an urgent consultation for my mother who is suffering from acute stomach pain. She is currently on sedatives prescribed by an emergency doctor at a nearby hospital. I have attached reports showing that she is suffering from pancreatitis, gallbladder inflammation, and liver issues. The doctor has advised admitting her as soon as possible. Since it is Diwali season, I am concerned about whether she will receive proper care in the hospital. I am considering admitting her tomorrow. Please advise on the severity of her condition and whether it is safe to wait until tomorrow? Based on my report, could someone please suggest the best medicine to cure the imbalance in my liver? I am not an alcoholic and I always take a healthy diet. It could be the medicine I have been taking for the past month for my back pain that caused it? Kindly suggest.

I had my gall bladder removed 6 weeks ago laparoscopically. I am taking a low fat diet and have had no problems till now. My report shows fatty changes in my liver and it is enlarged to 16.4 cm. My surgeon did not mention anything about it. I want to know the extent of this problem and whether it is worrisome. I have been HBsAg positive. I had a blood test on December 12, and it was still positive. My wife is currently pregnant, but her blood test result is negative for HBsAg. Is there any danger to her or the baby? Please let me know.
