I'm having trouble with this weird jerking feeling in my stomach when I'm about to sleep, and it really keeps me awake. It's strange because it gets worse even with a little noise. When I wake up in the morning, I can't lie down without my mind racing and that seems to make my stomach uncomfortable, though there's no actual pain. The first two times are fine, but the last one is pretty loose. I'm not sure if this is just from gas or if it counts as loose motion.
