Hey, I've been noticing this weird thing happening lately. Sometimes, these white, grainy bits with a really bad smell come out of my mouth. They've shown up quite a few times now. When I press them, they just fall apart. Any idea what this could be?

I'm feeling a bit off because the right side of my throat has been heavy for about 8 to 10 days now. I haven't had a cough or sneezing, and there's no dry cough either.
