I'm 39 years old and my ECG report says I have grade 1 diastolic dysfunction. Recently, I've been dealing with chest pain and a burning sensation in my heart. Is this something to worry about and is there any treatment available? Ive noticed these symptoms especially after having COVID, and I've also gained some weight since then. Is it really possible to have pulmonary artery hypertension even when the pulmonary artery looks normal and there's no turbulence? I'm just trying to wrap my head around how that can happen. Could there be underlying issues or does it indicate a different problem? I'm a bit concerned and just trying to understand why this might occur.
