I've been having this weird pulling sensation in my lower right abdomen and a dull ache just below my right breast, but it doesn't happen all the time. I haven't noticed any problems with my diet or bowel movements. About a month ago, I took some medicine for mild gastritis after talking to my doctor. Should I be concerned about these sensations, or could they be related to the gastritis or something else?

I'm having this issue where after I eat, it feels like food gets stuck in my throat or the back of my tongue. Sometimes, it even feels like it's stuck near my palate, and it gets really uncomfortable after every meal. I'm not sure what's causing it, but it's starting to worry me.
