I'm having a hard time getting to sleep at a reasonable hour. Most nights, I'm not able to fall asleep until around 3 or 4 a.m., and sometimes it's even laterlike 6 or 7 a.m.and then I have to get up at 9 or 10 a.m. to rush to work. Even on those rare occasions when I manage to sleep at a decent hour, I end up staying awake the entire next day only to finally crash around 4 a.m. again. It's like I'm stuck in this cycle. What could be going on, and how can I fix this?

I've been having a hard time sleeping for the last couple of months. Most nights, I'm struggling to fall asleep until after midnight or even later, but weirdly, I wake up at my usual time. For the past two years, I've been waking up with a sore nose, but now I'm also dealing with headaches when I wake up. I feel exhausted all the time, and it seems to be making me feel more and more down. I tried taking melatonin before, but even the tiniest amount makes me wake up feeling sick. I'm starting to get worried, could this be something serious?

I've been having trouble with oversleeping and started taking modalert without talking to a doctor first. I'm wondering if there are any potential side effects I should be aware of. Should I keep using modalert since it's been working for me so far, or would it be better to stop?
