I've already had a tetanus shot three months ago, but just yesterday I accidentally cut myself with a rusty blade. Should I be worried about getting another tetanus injection?

I was changing a lightbulb and it shattered while I was standing underneath. Now I'm worried I might have breathed in or swallowed a tiny piece of glass. I was cleaning my bathroom with Clorox bleach spray and kind of went overboard with it. Now, for the last 4 hours, all I can smell is bleach. I even took a nap hoping I'd get better, but when I woke up, I still smelled the bleach. Then, out of nowhere, I got these really bad lower abdominal pains and ended up vomiting an hour later. My stomach doesn't hurt as much now, but it's still uncomfortable. Should I be worried and maybe go to the emergency room, or is it better to just try and relax until it passes?
