Question
I am a female, age 29. I am currently undergoing an ATT course taking AKT4 for 1 month and recently had a routine body check up at Thyrocare lab. My blood report showed the following abnormal levels SGPT 36.58, Alkaline Phosphate 108 normal 42 to 98, TSH 7.01 normal 0.3 to 5.5, Uric Acid 8.09 normal 3.2 to 6.1, Basophils absolute count 0.01. I am concerned and would like to know if these levels are okay or need treatment?

SGPT is fine. Alkaline phosphatase is mildly raised. TSH and uric acid are high may be side effects or unrelated. Thyroid and uric acid levels should be addressed.
