Question
I broke my tibia and fibula back in late July 2016 and had to get surgery where they put in a titanium rod for healing. I work in an IT services company here in Bangalore, and right now the pain has lessened and the swelling's down, but my leg still doesn't feel strong enough to handle weight. I use a walker to get around with a bit of weight on the leg. I'm thinking of going back to work by October and would like to continue my physical therapy sessions here in Bangalore. Do you think thats a smart move?

To further strengthen your leg and improve weight-bearing ability, you can consider taking Calcium and Vitamin D supplements to support bone healing. Additionally, you can use pain relievers like Ibuprofen to manage any residual discomfort. It is important to follow your physiotherapist's guidance on exercises and gradually increase your activity level to regain strength in your leg.
