Question

I had an endoscopy done and attached the images. Can you suggest any medications to help tighten my LES? Is surgery the only option or are there other treatments I can try first? I'm really worried about this and not sure what to do next.

I've been dealing with ongoing diarrhea for the past couple of weeks. It's strange because I'm not getting dehydrated or feeling tired, but when the abdominal pain hits, I have to rush to the restroom. I've noticed that sometimes the stools are loose, but not always; they're mostly normal. I've tried taking Lomofen tablets, but they don't seem to make a difference. Could you help me understand what's going on?

I've been dealing with acid reflux for the past three months, which seemed to come on out of nowhere. It's still not going away, and I'm taking omeprazole 10mg once or twice daily. I don't drink, I'm not overweight, and I don't smoke or anything like that. Lately, I've also been oversleeping, needing naps, getting some headaches, and feeling low. After some blood tests, my doctor gave me 1000mg of vitamin D and calcium. Could there be a common cause linking all these symptoms together?

I've had a fever for a couple of days and some stomach pain. I was eating normal khichdi and rice, and I drank milk with turmeric twice. For the fever, I took Dolo 650. Earlier, I was having loud farts almost every hour, but last night, instead of that, I started having watery diarrhea, and there was no solid stool. It was happening every five minutes. What do you think could be going on? Should I change something in what I'm eating or take any other medicines?
