I had a fissurectomy about a year ago, and lately, I've noticed that my stools are really thin. I was looking this up online and came across some scary stuff about rectal cancer. Could this be related or something I should be worried about?

I've been dealing with this issue for the past month where I'm coughing up this jelly-like mucus. It's really sticky and gets stuck in my throat, so I'm always trying to clear it out.
