I had a left upper ureteric obstruction with hydronephrosis and a dilated left upper ureter, and my left Pelvicalyceal system is also dilated. A stent procedure a few months ago didn't help are there other treatment options besides open surgery? Also, how can I keep this from happening again in the future?

Does having a grade 1 or grade 2 varicocele impact sperm morphology and is there any way to treat it without surgery

I'm dealing with a bilateral grade 1 varicocele, and I'm really worried because my left testicle is sagging a lot lower than my right one. It's causing a lot of pain and discomfort.
