I had tibia bone surgery 4 years ago with a titanium rod inserted, but now I'm feeling some pain in my leg and walking with a limp even though the X-ray shows everything looks fine. Could there be a reaction to the rod or any other reason for this pain? What could be causing this?

It's been over 120 days since my surgery and I'm still using an elbow crutch for support while walking. I feel a bit of pain in my knee, maybe from the implant, and some discomfort in the area where I had the fracture. Is this normal? I don't feel confident enough to walk without support yet. How much walking practice is safe at this stage, and what exercises can I do to build strength so I can walk without support soon? I've attached my x-ray from March 25 for reference.

I have a high grade partial ACL tear with grade 2 signal intensity in the posterior horn of my medial meniscus and a grade 2 LCL sprain. I'm unsure if I need surgery my main goal is to walk normally, cycle, and run without restrictions. I don't want to feel limited, but I'll do surgery if it's absolutely necessary. Can you help me understand if surgery is the only way to get back to normal?
