I've been having these annoying muscle spasms for the last couple of days in that V-cut area of my lower abdomen, you know, where it leads down to the pelvis. It's a bit strange because they always seem to happen in the same spot unless I'm lying on my right side, then they shift to the middle of my lower abdomen.
