Question

I have been dealing with a 5mm kidney stone and Im not sure what steps to take to manage it. Also, I have PCOD with an ED of 21mm, and Im struggling with irregular periods. I weigh 63 kg and my height is 51 cm. My doctor advised me to lose weight, but Im not sure if thats the right step or if there are more serious issues I should be worried about. Can you guide me on how to tackle these health concerns?

A 5mm kidney stone can often pass with increased water intake (3-4 litersday). PCOD and irregular periods improve significantly with weight loss, regular exercise, and a balanced diet. Losing 5-7% of your body weight can regulate periods and reduce complications. It's not serious yet, but consistent effort is key!
