Question
I have been suffering from hypothyroidism for the last three years and infertility. I was taking levothyroxine 50 mcg daily, but recently I have been feeling low energy, gaining weight, experiencing hair thinning and hair fall, and my periods have become shorter with less bleeding than before. My gynecologist advised reducing the dose to 50 mcg, but my new report also shows a low TSH level. Please see my report. What should I do further? Is this something very problematic? Please advise.

Your symptoms could be from thyroid dose imbalance. TSH level helps determine whether dose needs change. Please do not stop or reduce without advice.
