Question

I have bilateral grade 1 varicocele and my left testicle hangs much lower and feels heavier than the right one. The urologist prescribed hetrazan and health okay tablets, but they aren't helping with the pain and discomfort. Should I consider surgery? What's the best type with the least complications?

While Grade 1 varicocele typically doesn't require surgery, if your symptoms persist, surgery might be considered. If the discomfort, testicle heaviness, and low hanging are persistent despite medication, exploring surgical options. Laparoscopic varicocelectomy is often the preferred approach due to its fewer complications and faster recovery
