I have a high prescription of 9.00 and 10 power in my eyes what's the best type of LASIK surgery for me? Will the results last a lifetime, and can this be detected during medical fitness tests like RRB exams?

Your doctor will have to check and see if Lasik will be possible in your case or not. Otherwise ICL may be required . You need proper counselling after detailed check up to select the procedure for you.
