I have a really large bust size at 38E and it's causing me a lot of problems I can't run properly, my back and shoulders hurt constantly, and I don't even feel sensation in my breasts. I'm 5'3 and weigh 57 kg, and it's really affecting my self-esteem. Would breast reduction surgery be a good option for me? What should I consider before going for it?
