I have two moles on my face that I want to remove because they're changing in size and don't look good. They also keep getting scratched when I shave. Can you suggest a hospital or doctor I can consult? Is there any way to remove them without surgery, and if not, what's the cost of surgery? How many days will it take to heal, and is there a chance they'll grow back?

I'm worried though that it might cause the hair loss to return. Is there another way to deal with this side effect? Would love some advice on how to handle this situation.
