i have a webbed toe on my right foot and i really want to join the indian army could this cause me to fail the medical exam is there anything i can do now to avoid rejection later and would surgery help fix this issue

I've had ACL and meniscus surgery back in August, and then in December, I slipped and fell. My knee's not swollen, but it bent all the way back, which hurt for a couple of days. It's been a few weeks now, and I'm back at the gym. I'm pretty sure it's not my ACL, but I'm worried about the meniscus. There are minor pains, nothing too severe, but I don't have health insurance. I can jog and jump, but there's something a bit off in my knee. How can I tell if I might have torn my meniscus?
