I live abroad in Saudi Arabia and recently purchased Pigmanorm cream, which contains hydroquinone, for my melasma and dyspigmentation. After using it for 3 days, the area where I applied it turned really red. I'm quite worried about this reaction, even though I'm also using Eveline sunscreen SPF 50 in the afternoons. Should I stop using the cream, or should I continue? And will the redness on my skin go away on its own? I'm also sharing a picture of my face and the cream I used to help you understand better. Can you guide me on what to do next?

I've been experiencing these red rashes that seem to show up only in the evenings and last for about 23 hours. Its been happening for almost 3 months now, mostly on my face, but sometimes they appear on my back and foot too.
