I occasionally get rashes in my private areas, and this time they are really itchy. Could you let me know what might be going on and what I can do about it?

I recommend using an antifungal cream like Clotrimazole 1% cream. Apply a thin layer to the affected area twice a day for 2 weeks. Make sure to keep the area clean and dry to help the medication work effectively.
