7mm renal calculi definitely needs surgical management.... any blockage of urinary flow due to calculi wil lead to infection or hydronephrosis . kindly consult urologist and get treated...

I'm really concerned about a small bump under my penis glan, right by the frenulum. It's a tiny yellow-white spot, doesn't hurt, and isn't itchy at all.
