I recently found out I'm HSV1 IgG positive, and I have some concerns. I read that 3.7 billion people are infected with HSV1 according to WHO. I'm not currently taking any medicine for herpes, but I'm wondering if I should start some kind of treatment. Could you give me some advice on whether treatment is necessary or any possible next steps? I'm really looking for guidance here.
