Question
I recently started taking cepodem xp 325, along with Sinarest and a nasal spray. I'm curious about something I've read that the nasal spray works for about 12 hours, but when would be a good time to do steam inhalation after using the spray? I've been having a slight nose block that keeps switching from one nostril to the other. Also, I've noticed some leg pain but no cough or fever. Just trying to figure out the best way to manage this. Any advice?

It is generally recommended to wait at least 1-2 hours after using a nasal spray before doing steam inhalation. This allows the nasal spray to take effect and reduces the risk of washing it out too soon. You can do steam inhalation around 5-6 hours after using the nasal spray Flutiflo to help with your slight nose blockage. Make sure to follow the instructions provided with the nasal spray and steam inhalation for best results. For your symptoms of slight nose blockage on and off, with no cough, fever, or sore throat, along with slight leg pain, continue using Cepodem XP 325 for the infection and Sinarest for symptom relief. Additionally, you can use Flutiflo nasal spray as prescribed for your nasal symptoms. Make sure to take Cepodem XP 325 as directed by your healthcare provider and follow the recommended dosage for Sinarest and Flutiflo as well. If your symptoms persist or worsen, consult with your healthcare provider for further evaluation and management.
