I recently started taking cepodem xp 325, along with Sinarest and a nasal spray. I'm curious about something I've read that the nasal spray works for about 12 hours, but when would be a good time to do steam inhalation after using the spray? I've been having a slight nose block that keeps switching from one nostril to the other. Also, I've noticed some leg pain but no cough or fever. Just trying to figure out the best way to manage this. Any advice?

Make sure to take Cepodem XP 325 as directed by your healthcare provider and follow the recommended dosage for Sinarest and Flutiflo as well.
