I'm dealing with pimples and my dermatologist prescribed Retino A. But I also have pimple marks and these little bumps. Is it okay to use Retino A on those too?

I've been experiencing some really uncomfortable itching between my legs, near my private area. It started a few days ago and has spread a bit. Sometimes the urge to scratch becomes hard to resist, but it only makes things worse. I've been using moisturizer and Boroline antiseptic cream, and I wash the area regularly with soap. I've been taking isotretinoin at 20 mg and it's really drying out my lips. I've tried a few lip balms, but nothing seems to help. Could you recommend a lip balm that might work better? I'm getting a bit worried about how chapped they're getting.
